What working with Air Pac looks like

Once you decide to work with us here is what you can expect:

  1. A purchase order is received with the details, specifications and the schedule.
  2. We review the specifications which have been outlined in the purchase order. This would include the blast media to be used, the grade of blast to be achieved, and the paint material selected.
  3. Depending on the complexity of the project, an ITP (Inspection Test Plan) may be sent to us by the customer to review.
  4. We will then send the ITP to a third-party inspector so they are aware of the job and its complexities.
  5. Our shop superintendent and quality control department will also review the ITP and the specifications for the project.
  6. Our Production team will then schedule the work according to our shop capacities.
  7. Once we confirm the details we will order the paint material from our supplier.
  8. We then schedule the blasting and inform the third-party inspectors so they are apprised of the schedule.
  9. Once the blasting has been completed and we get the necessary approvals from the inspectors we proceed to the next step which is painting the product.
  10. We then paint the product according to the specifications and will wait for the coating inspector's approval.
  11. The finished product is then loaded onto the trucks provided by the customer.
